About Jamie

Not Jamie

Jamie is in his mid-twenties and therefore really should have bought a house by now. When not saving for the aforementioned house, money burns a hole in his pocket meaning he buys things like this, this and this.

On the rare occasions he stops working Jamie likes to dine out with his long suffering girlfriend, watch films, go and see England play rugby or, in the summer, play cricket for New Wortley CC. He realises it’s only a game and apologises for being too competitive.

Jamie has been developing websites since the mid 90’s and has learnt almost everything he knows about the subject from people he has never met.

Jamie is captivated by good design and knows it when he sees it. He’s learnt the hard way that being skilled in Photoshop doesn't make him a good designer.

Since early 2003 Jamie has been developing software for windows in Delphi. He now understands what an abstract class is although polymorphism makes his head hurt.

Jamie is a recovering Alfa Romeo owner. The crippling depreciation and mind boggling repair bills for his GTV almost drove him to diesel.
